Baby Reading Words in Other Languages

In the two weeks since I published a free copy of the word and picture cards I use with my baby, I’ve gotten several requests to make them available in other languages.

People have come forth willing to do the translation work, if only I will edit it and then share it. What a great idea!

So, here’s my plan:

  1. If you’d like a version of the word and picture cards available in your language, simply copy and paste the list of words below, translate them, then email me the translated version.
  2. Be sure to include BOTH the English words and the new language words.
  3. Please keep the words in the order I have listed them, to make it easier for me to edit my document.
  4. Please also translate the categories (i.e. “My Family”, “Body Parts”, “Woodland Animals”, etc).
  5. Please include your name so I can credit you for the translation work.
  6. If you have a website or blog, please include that too. I will put your website name on each of the cards and link to your site on the version I share here.

This is a side project that I am doing absolutely for free so I will get to each translation in the order that I received them, and finish them as soon as possible! When I am done, I will share (for free of course) on this blog.

If you have your own website, you can share the version that you translated on your website as well, but please link back to DomanMom.com.

You may ONLY share the version that YOU translated, not the original English version OR any other translations that others have done.

Below is the list of words that you can copy and paste. If you would prefer to download a word document, I have created one here.

When you’re done, you can email me here.

Please translate all of the following words and phrases:

Hi! I sure do miss reading your families blog! I hope that everything is going well for you, but that you find the time to update soon.

I’d love to read about what you do with your oldest boy as well. I have been reading your families adventures since your oldest was about 3.

Wow! That’s a long time! Thanks so much for the years that you’ve kept this blog going. (I remember back when it was Gentle Revolution PreK/K and GRHomeschooling! Wow how the time has flown!!!)

Thank you! I hope it will be helpful. Now mydomancards.com contains only several categories of images on English, Germany and Russian, but I will fill out it with new images and languages.

I am a web developer and also a mother of two little children. I have created for them a simple free service which allow to make flash cards by your images: http://mydomancards.com It also contains prepared collections of cards on several languages to watch, download and possibility to translate them on the other language. I plan to fill out collections with new images.

Now, if you are looking for such a brand, you should consider
the Bourne shoes. Bourne’s President, Thomas Mc – Claskie, always uses his creative imagery to make trendy
shoes for men. Fresh pairs of UGG products arrive in latest designs and fake boots are replicas of these originals.

I happened on this website as I am trying to learn more about the ideas of Mr. Doman.
Your work is great and very very commendable.
I was interested in downloading the Italian word translation, but cannot find them. Are they ready? otherwise I might try to provide them myself with some time.
