Physical Excellence: A Day's Hike in the Mountains

"Our hope is for them to be participants in life, not spectators. Our definition of Physical Excellence includes being able to solve any physical problem encountered during life. At The Institutes, our formula is: Physical Excellence = The Ideal Environment + Maximum Opportunity.
